criktex Terms & Conditions

By accessing the criktex website at https://criktex.net, registering a player account, depositing funds, or placing any wager or bet through the criktex platform, you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the criktex Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Player and criktex with respect to the use of the platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you are not authorised to access or use the criktex platform in any capacity. Your continued use of the platform after any posted revision to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such revisions.

criktex reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, the "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated accordingly, and where required, registered players will receive notice via their registered email address. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically and to remain informed of any amendments.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version of these Terms and any translation provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail.

To access the full range of criktex services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing deposits and withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. Only one account per person is permitted. criktex employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts; where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the first registered will be closed and any balances on duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to:

• Your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• A valid and accessible email address that you own and control
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, or Airtel)
• Your date of birth
• Your preferred BDT payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account details)

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information held in your account profile. If any information changes — particularly your contact email or mobile number — you must update your account details promptly. criktex is not responsible for failed communications resulting from outdated contact information held on account.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: criktex operates a KYC programme to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and to verify player identity. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed, regardless of the withdrawal method or amount. Players may be asked to provide additional documentation at any point during their account lifetime, including at the time of registration, before processing a first withdrawal, or following a significant change in betting or deposit patterns.

Acceptable KYC documents include:

• Proof of Identity: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or Bangladesh Driving Licence
• Proof of Address: Utility bill (electricity, gas, or water) issued within the last 3 months, bank statement, or official government correspondence showing your registered address
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits

criktex commits to processing KYC submissions within 3 business days of receiving all required documents in acceptable form. Players will be notified by email of the outcome of their KYC review. Where documents are rejected, the reason will be provided and the player will have an opportunity to resubmit. Accounts under active KYC review may have withdrawals temporarily withheld until the review is complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. criktex is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred due to your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact criktex support immediately at [email protected].

criktex offers promotional bonuses, free bet credits, cashback awards, and seasonal promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are issued at criktex's sole discretion and are subject to the specific terms associated with each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions:

• All bonuses are credited in BDT to the player's bonus wallet, which is separate from the real-money wallet.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds must be converted to real money through wagering before withdrawal is permitted.
• The standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses on criktex is 30x the bonus amount, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable real money.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 21 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement by the expiry date will be cancelled and removed from the account without notice.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10%. Crash games and wheel games typically contribute 50%. Sports pre-match bets at odds of 1.5 or greater typically contribute 100%. Current contribution rates for all game categories are available in the criktex Promotions section of the platform.
• criktex reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is withdrawn mid-wagering, any progress toward the wagering requirement is retained for the applicable period.
• Each player is entitled to claim each individual promotional offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times, including through duplicate accounts, constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, exchanged, or sold to another player.

Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh cultural events — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and major cricket tournaments such as the BPL and T20 World Cup — are subject to their own individual promotion-specific terms, which will be published on the criktex platform at the time of launch.

criktex reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or claw back any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus was claimed fraudulently, in violation of these Terms, or in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gameplay. Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-margin betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in permanent account closure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the criktex platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, and potentially permanent account closure with forfeiture of all balances held:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one player account, including through the use of different email addresses, mobile numbers, or identity documents.
• Fraudulent Identity: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification, including submitting forged or altered identity documents.
• Underage Access: Accessing criktex while under the age of 18 or assisting a minor in accessing the platform.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between criktex and other platforms, or exploiting manifest errors in criktex odds for guaranteed profit.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to claim bonuses in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including structured low-risk wagering patterns designed to meet requirements with minimal exposure, or claiming the same offer multiple times.
• Match Fixing Participation: Placing bets on any sporting event in which you have insider knowledge of a pre-arranged outcome, or in which you are a participant, official, or associate of a participant.
• Money Laundering: Using criktex in any way to conceal, transfer, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. criktex is required by law to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games or to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, intercept, or otherwise tamper with criktex's software, servers, APIs, or game outcomes.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with a payment provider for funds that were legitimately deposited and used on the criktex platform.

criktex reserves the right to monitor player accounts and activity at all times for evidence of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, criktex may, without prior notice: suspend the player's account, withhold or void any winnings associated with the prohibited conduct, deduct any bonus funds obtained through abuse, and refer the matter to appropriate law enforcement or financial authorities. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct have no entitlement to any funds held in their criktex account at the time of closure.
